1 SaaS Subscription Refund Guarantee (14 Days)
We want tutors and educational institutions to adopt Learnbird with complete confidence. All new paid subscriptions to Learnbird LMS plans (Starter, Pro, and Organization) are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee:
- First-time workspace subscription payments submitted within 14 calendar days of signup.
- Annual or monthly plan initial charges requested before day 14.
- Billing errors, double-charges, or technical service disruptions acknowledged by support.
- Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day purchase period has expired.
- Workspaces terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g. copyright piracy, abusive content).
- Discounted promotional trials or grandfathered accounts.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Workspace Billing Dashboard. Cancellation stops upcoming billing cycles; you will retain active access until the end of your prepaid period.
2 Add-on Boosters & Capacity Passes
To allow institutions to scale on demand without forcing plan tier upgrades, Learnbird offers add-on infrastructure resources. Due to immediate cloud provisioning costs, the following terms apply:
- Student & Storage Boosters: Monthly capacity boosters (+100 Students, +500 Students, +50 GB Storage, +200 GB Storage) are provisioned immediately upon purchase. They can be cancelled before the next renewal billing date, but active monthly periods are non-refundable once provisioned.
- Seminar 1,000-Attendee Passes: Seminar Day Passes are non-refundable once scheduled or utilized for a live broadcast session. Unused day passes may be rescheduled within 90 days upon request.
3 Student Tuition & Academy Course Fees
Learnbird provides the software infrastructure used by academies, tuition masters, and educational institutes. Learnbird is not the merchant of record for course tuition and does not set course prices or class admission policies.
Every academy operates independently on Learnbird:
- Direct Educator Payments (0% Platform Commission): When you pay tuition via bank deposit, bank transfer slip upload, or the tutor's direct merchant gateway, 100% of the funds go directly to the academy. All refund requests, drop requests, or disputes must be submitted directly to the respective academy.
- Learnbird Managed Payments (Optional 5% Fee Service): Where an educator chooses to use Learnbird's managed payment processing service to collect student fees, Learnbird acts strictly as a collection agent on behalf of the tutor. Refunds cannot be granted by Learnbird without explicit written instruction and authorization from the academy administrator.
